  • Quilt Raffle for HER CHOICE

    Ticket sales now through October 28th.

    Please join in this effort buy purchasing a raffle ticket for a quilt made by Fr. Bean’s mother, Janet Bean. The proceeds from this raffle will benefit HER CHOICE BIRMINGHAM WOMEN’S CENTER. This PRO-LIFE Catholic clinic is literally saving lives in the greater Birmingham area every single day! The tickets go on sale this weekend. Ticket sales will end on October 28. The drawing will be that day. Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.

    Sundays at 9AM in the Parish Life Center Library

    The books for this class will be Catholicism for Dummies by Fr. John Trigilio and the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (USCCB Publishing). These books can be purchased online at many internet booksellers. There will be a few copies for sale at the class meeting. Click here to register!

    Join us as we pray the Rosary with approximately 24,000 other groups around the nation! Part of the America Needs Fatima Campaign. Bring a lawn chair. Everyone invited.

    benefitting Charlie-Kai Wadsworth Medical Travel Fund. Baby Charlie is headed back to Omaha, Nebraska October 23-26 for her Annual Checkup and to see how her legs are doing after surgery that took place in May. Please pray for her!

    The Knights of Columbus are looking for volunteers to help with one day of a Habitat for Humanity build. Anyone interested in volunteering can contact Tony Hill at tony@hoovershoerepair.com for sign up details.

  • Announcement: Bereavement Ministry

    Sign up sheet available in the front foyer of the church.

    In the past we have offered a meal for families following funerals. If you would like to help with this ministry by providing a dish for these meals, please sign up on the sheet in the front foyer. If you have been helping with this in the past, please update your information as our records are out of date. If we do not have an adequate response we may have to discontinue this ministry to families.

  • Announcement: Possible Forgiveness Workshop

    Do you have someone you need to forgive? Have you been wounded, but not healed? If so, are you interested in participating in a workshop on forgiveness? I am trying to assess the level of interest on this subject.     After the 9:00 am Daily Mass in the Parish Hall Meeting Room

    We are pleased to announce that we are now an official Praesidium (permanent members) at St. Theresa. The "Terror of Demons Praesidium" are called to serve our fellow Parishioners. with Fr. Bean as our Spiritual Leader. If you feel you are being called to serve, then the Legion of Mary is the perfect group for you.
